The Gallatin Conservation District conference room is available for rental by district partners and community groups.
Technology Available: Conference room is equipped with WiFi, a 65″ plasma TV, Polycom SoundStation for conference calls, and a Meeting Owl Pro Webcam for virtual meetings. Additional rental fees may apply.
Rental Fees:
Partner Organizations: Free of charge
All other groups:
Up to two hours of use is $25
1/2 day (2-5 hours) is $50
Full day (5-8 hours) is $100
Prohibitive Acts: Pets, smoking, or alcohol are strictly prohibited.
