ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Teach your kid to be a steward of the land through our Summer Stewards Education Series.  Summer Stewards is an outdoor learning adventure that is FREE and FUN for all ages!  We make learning about conservation exciting through interactive hands-on games and activities.

Programs are all held at our very own Education and Outreach Center every Thursday, 10 AM – 12 PM from mid-June through mid-August.  Every week we bring in different resource professionals to teach youth about conservation topics.

  • Open to all ages, but target age for activities falls generally between 4th – 6th grade. Parents encouraged to accompany younger children. There may be opportunities for activities to be geared towards older children.
  • The program is FREE FOR ALL.
